If you live anywhere near Orlando, Florida or are going to Disney World in the next couple of months, don’t forget to go to Madame Tussauds and check out their Justice League: A Call For Heroes exhibit. There you will be able to take pictures with the full size wax figurines of Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot), Superman (Henry Cavill), and Batman (Ben Afleck).

Here are some facts to remember when you go:
*All figures are made in London, founding location, and then sent to their assigned location.
*It takes about 15 artists and three to four months to complete each wax figure.
*With each celebrity, there are 250 measurements taken including hair, eyes, and skin color. Teeth are also molded during this time. After the measurements are made, the figure is sculpted in clay. Next is the molding process where the wax comes into play and is cast in it for about 170 hours. Then the hairs are put in, one strand at a time taking about 6 weeks to complete. Then oil paints are used to mimic the exact skin tone and it’s translucent and has a realistic texture. Once the skin is finished, the eyes and teeth are added. The eyes are made individually with acrylic resin to match exactly to the celebrity’s. Finally wardrobe is added to the figure. Generally the clothes are donated from the subject for their figure to wear.

On May 22, Mr. Cavill put a video and comment on his Instagram page about his figure. Look closely and you can see the figurine moves up and down saving you from the helicopter.
