Last week I got to see Superman on the big screen.
Thanks to all warner brothers UK and oh boy, this film did not disappoint.
One of my most anticipated films ever, to see Superman back on the big screen and and not only that this time, he has a dog called Krypto who was brilliant and the cgi was outstanding too, looked so real, James Gunn knows how to pull off a superhero movie and includes some Fantastic characters in this latest incarnation.

Seeing robots, monsters, other dimensions and a whole lot more all going on, on the big screen was like it was ripped straight from the comic books. This was so much better than I could of hoped for and all the characters engaged in a way which was beautiful, even some light comedy is added and works great in the moments.

David Corenswet as Clark Kent and Superman knocked it out of the park.
I think he has become one of my top supermans to date with the exception of the amazing Christopher Reeve who will always be my childhood Superman.
Davis Corenswet could switch from Clark Kent to Superman in a second and I loved that the way they showed that especially in the interview scene with lois lane.
One moment he was Clark Kent the mild mannered reporter, then, BAM!!  he was Superman and really gave the dual personality I have not seen since Christopher Reeve performance.

Rachel Brosnahan as Lois lane was an absolute perfect casting. She plays an epic Daily Planet reporter and isn’t scared of finding out the truth and asking any awkward questions to whoever it is she’s interviewing. She does whats needed to get the job done and is fearless.

Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luther was another great casting and to think he even went for the part as Superman and got the iconic role as the great super villain. He is a very clever, a very ingenious lex and one who has a high intellect and also knows everything about superman.

One of the main factors for this film is that it has a new twist on the original John Williams Superman theme. I’ve always believed you cannot have a superman film without the superman theme, its one of the most iconic themes in the world and so happy it is back and in a lot of the film.

Here at DC world, we don’t like spoiling movies because we anticipate them so much that we want other fans and and audiences to get that wow feeling and react in the same way we do when we get to see this for the first time.

Check out Superman in cinemas from July 11th and get ready to look up.

Thank you Warner brothers UK.
